Chargelink

Chargelinks - stripes, which improve properties of Mag Roller, used for obtaining better blackening of printouts. If we use them with Mag Rollers we can extend live of these elements and reduce costs of cartridge regeneration. Chargelinks are made of special substance with magnetic features. Provided as A4 and A3 sheets.
How to install Chargelink:

1. Vacum any toner from the doctor blade. Dampen an applicator pad or clean cotton cloth with ChergePrep solution. Applying light pressure, wipe the doctor blade clean of any residual toner.
2. At the kiss-cut, gently ben the Chargelink to expose the silver adhesive backing. Pull entire Chargelink from release liner. The Chargelink film must be applied to the side of the blade that makes contact with the Mag Roller Sleeve.
3. Apply the Chargelink film (silver, adhesive side down) to one end of the Doctor Blade, aligning the edge of the film with the edge of the blade. Using a finger as a guide, flatten the Chargelnik along the length of blade, holding the opposite end as you go. Chargelink should lay flat and smooth along the blade. Any excess can be cut to fit the length of the blade or gently wrapped around the back of the blade. Do not wrap the excess too tightly around the blade.
4. The Chargelink adhesive film should be gently wiped with Chargeprep solution to remove any fingerprints that may have contaminated the film. This step must be followed to ensure optimal performance.
