MAG ROLLER COATING SOLUTION

Special coating solution extends the life of Mag Roller by applying a coating of Teflon and sealants to the transfer layer of the Mag Roller Sleeve. This coating fills in surface scratches and provides much-needed lubrication to the sleeve, preventing wear, the main reason for Mag Roller Sleeve failure. To really work properly, we very much recommend that Mag Roller Cleaning Solution (also offered by AGAWA.PL) be applied to the sleeve prior to the coating solution.
In case of using Mag Roller Coating Solution we have to follow mentioned below procedures:

1. Pre-clean the Mag Roller Sleeve with Mag Roller Cleaning Solution. The cleaning solution should remove all toner and surface contaminants from the sleeve.
2. Take a bottle with coating solution and shake well direct before using.
3. Apply a few drops of Mag Roller Coating Solution to a cotton pad. It must be a lint-free pad!
4. Apply Mag Roller Coating Solution in a back and forth circular motion along axis of the Mag Roller Sleeve. Go around the sleeve at least two times, applying a thin, even coat.
5. Allow to dry for 2 to 3 minutes; a haze should appear. Remove the haze from the sleeve with a clean cotton pad.
6. Replace the Mag Roller Sleeve in the cartridge. Some small background toner may appear until all the residue is removed from the sleeve. This is accomplished by making 2 to 5 prints. You have successfully completed the process. The coating is good to coat 150 pieces.
