Heating roller

In the printing process (copying) it is necessary to fix the toner on the paper. It ensues through the thermal processing. Usually when the paper is passing through between heating rooler and the pressure roller. Before passing through between mentioned rollers, the toner is not joint with the paper (if you shook the paper it would fall). Heating roller as a result of normal exploitation uses up. We should handle very carefully with the heating roller - its surface gives in the mechanical damages (in case of jammed paper it is removed with the help of sharp tools causing irreparable damages). The surface of the roll should be clean (in some types of printers there are used felt scrapers removing contaminations from the surface). Used in laser printers.
