1. Find a product
The products available in AGAWA.PL are divided into main categories which are further divided into sub-categories.
Menu at the left of the page provides an easy and convenient access to all our products.
Another way to find products is to use our search engine located in the top right corner of the page: enter words selected by keywords and click the SEARCH ARROW in the top right corner of the screen.
2. Add to shopping cart
The easiest is to use our secure online ordering through this web site. Just go to our online product catalogue and click on the item or items to see the detailed descriptions. At the bottom of each detailed description page there is a button labelled CART. You will see the item added to your shopping cart. Our shopping system allows for reviewing cart contents at any time.
Click CONTINUE to return to the online product catalogue.
To remove an item from your shopping cart, click the REMOVE ITEM button.
If you would like to interrupt while shopping in our shop and you are logged in to your shopping cart after you log out items will not be removed. You can return to it after you log in at any time. And if you are not logging in to your shopping cart items is stored for a period of 24 hours (cookies enabled).
When you have added all the desired items to your shopping cart, click the REFRESH button. You may adjust quantities as desired - simply change the number in column quantity.
The FAVORITES button allows you to download from your favorite goods that have been added to your favorites. Getting the products from your favorite need to be a login - the link "Log in" at the top of the page.
3. Checkout
When ready to complete your order click the CHECKOUT button. You will be asked to log in.
If you are a registered customer, enter your ID and password.
If you place your order for the first time, please add all the products to the cart and click CHECKOUT. At this point you will be asked to give your details. Your ID will be sent to you in your ORDER CONFIRMATION.
Your ID (sometimes referred to as UserID or LoginID) and password will enable you to review current and past orders, paid and un-paid invoices, failed transactions, track your deliveries, edit your personal data and give access to favorites.
AGAWA.PL offers an easy and convenient way to buy online. Choose the payment options, next form of delivery and click CHECKOUT at the bottom. Your order will be processed within short period of time by our sales department representative. Please ensure that you have the desired quantity before proceeding through checkout.
4. Payment and pricing policy
AGAWA.PL will never debit your credit card for items not in stock. Your credit card is only charged when goods are despatched. Cheques will be cashed 7 days prior to despatch (to allow for clearance) but not before all or part of your order is in stock ready to send. All items listed are subject to availability and release.
Prices indicated in our online shopping mall are without VAT (Value Added Tax).
If you have a valid European Community VAT number, total amount on your invoice will not include VAT taxation.
If you do not have a valid European Community VAT number, total amount on your invoice will include 22% Polish VAT.
If you would like to apply European Community VAT number, you should contact responsible authorities in your country.

All international shipments shall be handled by Poczta Polska, UPS or EMS Pocztex. Other courier services available on request.
Each time you have to confirm the shipping rate with your sales representative.

Registering an account with us will allow you to check your account history and current order status.

6. Terms & Conditions
- General
AGAWA.PL shall be referred to in these Terms and Conditions as "the Company" and the purchaser or proposed purchaser of the products supplied by the Company as "the Customer". All quotations are given and all orders are accepted on these terms, and shall exclude any other terms or conditions stipulated or incorporated or referred to by the Customer.
- Minimum order
Minimum amout of order in our shop is 100€ net (only goods, without transport costs).
- Quotations
All the quotations are open for acceptance within 14 days, and after this period the Company's stated prices will require confirmation. The Company reserves the right to withdraw or amend a quotation until an order has been accepted.
- Pricing
All the prices are given net of VAT (Value Added Tax) or any other taxes. If you do have a valid European Community VAT number, total amount on your invoice will not include VAT tax. If you do not have a valid European Community VAT number, total amount on your invoice will include 22% Polish VAT. The taxes wil be added to the prices at the rate prevailing at the date of the invoice. The Customer will be charged for shipping the products to the place of delivery in addition to the quoted or list price.
- Payment
All payments must be made in advance of shipment except in case where credit has been extended by the Company. Payment will be required in one of the following forms: cash, bank transfer, credit card (Polish customers only), ePrzelew (Polish customers only), payment on delivery (Polish customers only). Invoices are issued in PLN, according to EUR/PLN exchange rate on the date the sale was invoiced. The total amount may vary due to flexible EUR/PLN rates.
Shipment
The Company will endeavour to deliver the products to the place specified by the Customer within a reasonable time. However, all the delivery dates are approximate and are in no way the essence of the Contract.
All international shipments shall be handled by Poczta Polska, UPS or EMS Pocztex. Other courier services available on request.
The Customer shall inspect the goods on receipt. All claims for shortage, error, defective material or other damage loss must be made by the customer within 48 hours after the receipt of goods by notifying the Company. If no written report is received within 48 hours, the Customer will be deemed fully to have accepted the delivery.
Visible damage should be noted on the bill of landing on the receipt of the goods. If goods are signed for as complete, the claim shall be between carrier and Customer.
All shipping charges relating to the delivery of orders shall be invoiced to the Customer unless otherwise agreed.
In the event of war, riot, explosion, fire, flood, lockout, shortage of material or labour, or any cause beyond the Company's control, delivery may be dalayed until the events described are terminated and the situation has returned to normal.
- Limited warranty
The supplier warrants all the goods to be free from functional defects in material and workmanship, provided that they are not due to misuse or operation under adverse circustances. Warranty claims must be made within 90 days from the date of the invoice issued by the Company for the goods. This warranty is limited to either replacement of the faulty material or refund of the purchase price.
Return policy
The goods can be returned only with the Company prior consent. Only approved returns will be accepted.
The Company will not authorise any return unless the Customer notifies the Company within 14 days of delivery of the precise reason why return authorisation is being requested. The goods must be complete, including packaging in the same condition as supplied.
In case of warranty returns, return authorisation is also required, as well as completed COMPLAINT FORM. When returning faulty printer consumables, a sample of the print must be provided. The Company will aim to resolve the complaint within 14 working days. Should the supplier abroad be consulted, the time limit may prolong to 30 working days.
Returns must be shipped freight prepaid.
The return item will be sent at the customer's expense if the warranty claim is rejected (the damage caused by misuse, wrong storage, etc.)

In case of supposition, that the printer is damaged as a result of using articles toners offered by AGAWA.PL, at first you should contact with Sales Department in our company. Otherwise, expertises from other companies or authorized services will not be recognized.
8. Privacy Policy
We use the information you provide when placing an order to complete your order. We do not share that information with the outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete your order. We may use your e-mail address to communicate with you, for example to provide your order status and order tracking information and to respond to queries. If you choose to register or receive products or materials from us, or to otherwise give us personal information, we may store some or all of that personal information and use it for marketing research and marketing purposes.
We will never sell your personal information to any other party or company.
In the event of a criminal investigation or a suspected illegal activity, we may be requested by law enforcement agencies to share certain personal information.
