Jet Pro SS paper is dedicated for transfer of photographs and graphics for bright and white textiles, mousepads, puzzles or leather accessories.
It is applicable with cotton, cotton blends and synthetic materials.
The paper is suitable for colorful, printed logo labels. Tagless labels are a good way to identify your brand. It is also perfect for name tags e.g. for children (preschoolers).
Washing: turn garment inside out, in cold water using a mild detergent. Do not use bleach. Dry on low-heat setting. Iron the transferred area on the inside.
Heatpress instruction:
- Print the image in reverse format on the coated side of the paper.
- Cut away the unprinted areas of the transfer if desired.
- Prepare the substrate by ensuring the surface is clean, dry and wrinkle free.
- Place the transfer on top of the garment with the image side touching the substrate (backing paper is facing you).
- Press 30 seconds 190 °C using medium/heavy pressure.
- Peel the paper while still semi-hot in a smooth even motion. (Paper may be peeled at any temperature, depending on what end ‘feel’ results are preferred).
- For best “hand”, stretch the garment while hot.
Hand ironing instruction:
- Print the reversed image on the coated side of the paper.
- Cut away the unprinted areas of the transfer.
Preheat iron to highest setting – do NOT use steam (empty all water).
- Iron on a SMOOTH HARD surface; do NOT use an ironing board.
- Place a pillowcase on the surface and iron the pillowcase removing any wrinkles.
- Place substrate on pillowcase and iron it to remove wrinkles.
- Place image on top of garment with image facing down (backing of paper is facing you).
- Using 2 hands, using heavy pressure slide the iron up and down (vertically) over the entire image
for 90 seconds, then repeat going from left to right (horizontally) for 90 seconds.
- Peel the ironing sheet off the image approximately 2 minutes after completion of ironing.
