Liberty 4All Stretch (previously Liberty Waterjet Clear Soft Touch) is a solvent and PVC-free, water-based polyurethane flex suitable for printing in inkjet or laser printer,
It can be printed also with solvent / ecosolvent inks
It is transparent flex, which can be applicabled on white or clear textiles
Liberty 4All Stretch give you a professional quality: elastic and soft touch
Simple to use with A4 format
Inkjet or laser flex can be transfered at only 160°C on any textiles
Print on Liberty 4All Stretch is easy to cut out the contours on a plotter with an optical eye function
Easy to get also small details
This is very elastic and strong film, doesn’t wrinkle or break after many washings at 40°C
The film contains inert ingredients, REACH compliant, without PVC, plastifiers, heavy metals, VOC
After the transfer, wait 24 hours before washing. Do not use bleach or other aggressive chemicals. Iron inside. Store in a cool and dry room, protected from direct sunlight.
Do not use on sublimated printed polyester

Instruction

Print text, image, mirrorwise (with mirror effect) on white, matt side of the film
Use the manual feeding of the printer, on Heavy Mode setting
If you use inkjet printer - wait approx. 24 h to dry (it depends on the area of printing and air conditions), if you use laser printer - go to nex step immediately
Cut out the contours using a plotter with an optical eye function. Set up the blade to cut only the print film, and not the paper carrier, then weed
Put the flex on textile so that the image can be seen, and protect the tape with baking paper (eg. Matt Finish)
Heat press at 160°C for 30 seconds, peel the carrier cold
Heat press again at 160°C for 30 seconds while protecting the print with auxiliary paper
Pressure: 5 bars (70 PSI) on automatic press, maximum pressure on manual press
