Flex film for laser printing on white or light fabrics on a polyester backing without self-adhesive properties
Liberty Laser Clear Stretch S is a polyurethane (PU) film based on water for printing in laser printers
The foil allows you to quickly and economically produce good-quality, flexible prints without the need for rasterization
Great scalability : unit or high volume personalisation
Foil allows printing without color restrictions (pastels, gradients, photos)
Liberty Laser Clear Stretch S can even be printed on small graphics
The film can be heat at 160°C on most textile materials (i.e. cotton, polyester, poly cotton, nylon - teste before use).
Detailed graphics after printing can be cut by using a plotter with function of cutting on markers
Transparent primer allows you to accurately place graphics on the fabric
The flex film is very thin (60μm), flexible and strong - it doesn't wrinkle or crack after many washes at 60°C
Prints made with Liberty Laser Clear Stretch S foil are pleasant and soft to the touch, almost imperceptible
Laser film is environmentally friendly, does not contain solvent nor PVC (PVC free)
Foil available in a convenient ready-to-print format
The film contains inert ingredients, REACH compliant, without PVC, plasticizers, heavy metals, VOC
After the transfer, wait 24 hours before washing. Do not use bleach or other aggressive chemicals. Iron inside. Store in a cool and dry room, protected from direct sunlight.
Do not use on sublimated printed polyester

Application instructions:

Print the selected motive on the rubberized side of the foil, in the mirror image (left-hand) - use the manual feeder - mode - foil or heavy paper
Cut the image with a plotter, set the blade so that only the printing film is cut, not the polyester carrier
Remove the layer of unprinted film using hook for films
Place the printed film on the fabric with the print side down
To protect the whole with silicone auxiliary paper (e.g. Matt Finish )
Perform transfer at 160°C / 30 seconds on an automatic press with 5 bar (70 PSI) pressure or very high pressure hand press.
Remove the liner after cooling
Use the press again with the same parameters while protecting the printed image with support paper

The Liberty Laser Clear Stretch S film can be also heated with an iron. Follow the above instructions until it is sealed. We use the iron without steam, maximum power, firmly press the hot iron from the center to the edges of the foil. Ironing must be done on a hard surface for 30 seconds.
