Flex films is a very popular material used in thermal transfer. Heat-sealable flex films are cut on a cutting plotter and then applied to the selected substrate using a thermal transfer press. Depending on the properties of the foil and the final effect, there are many types of flex foils: from standard, through metallic, glitter, varnished, neon, reflective, structured and others.
- NightClub photoluminescent flex foil
- Thickness: 0.06mm
- Dimensions: 0.5 x 1 m
- White flex foil with a phosphorescent effect is made of high-quality polyurethane foil, coated with glue on one side (the glue is thermally activated - under the influence of the heat of the transfer press)
- Night glow foil glows under UV lamps in dark rooms - it gives an intense blue light
- Frequent use of the photoluminescent property does not deteriorate the quality of the film
- Night Club flex foils are thin, flexible and stretchable, thanks to which they work with the fabric after heating - comfortable to wear
- Luminous (photoluminescent) flex is a durable, resistant material for thermal transfer - it does not wash out, it does not crack, it does not fade
- Luminescent foil for thermal transfer is suitable for heat sealing on many types of substrates: cotton, cotton - polyester, polyester - acrylic
- Due to full coverage, flex foil can be applied to fabrics in various colors, both light and dark
- Effective flex foil works well when cutting on a plotter and when selecting unnecessary elements, even very small ones
- Thin transfer foil is mainly intended for single-color designs, placed on clothes (T-shirts, sweatshirts, hats, workwear and sportswear) and bags
- Photoluminescent foil has a warning, decorative (innovative technique of decorating clothing) and marketing (interesting textile advertising gadgets for clubs, discos and other dark rooms where UV lamps are used)
- T-shirts and other elements marked with flex foil are pleasant to wear and tey are easy to maintain - they can be washed at a temperature of up to 60oC
- The film is Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certified - it is environmentally friendly and for the skin of allergy sufferers and small children

Application instructions:
- Cut the selected motif on the plotter in a mirror image (left readable); a knife with a cutting angle of 45oC should cut only the foil, without the transparent polyester liner
- Select unnecessary foil fragments
- Place the foil on a t-shirt or other medium and heat for 17 seconds at 165oC
- Remove the transparent heat liner (just after opening the press)
