Skycut Deep Cut Blade

The Skycut Deep Cut Blade is designed for Skycut V and D series cutting plotters. Its specialized design allows it to cut thicker materials, such as cardboard, making it ideal for creating simple shapes that require greater cutting depth.

For proper operation, the blade must be used with the dedicated Deep Cut Blade Holder (blue).

Installing the blade in the holderUse the dedicated holder for the Deep Cut Blade.

1. Remove the protective cover from the blade.
2. Press and hold the button located on the top of the holder.
3. Insert the non-sharp end of the blade into the holder – the internal magnet will help position it correctly.
4. Release the locking button.
5. Adjust the blade extension length according to the thickness of the material being cut.
6. Lock the setting and install the holder with the blade into the Skycut plotter.

Before starting the actual cutting process, it is recommended to perform a test cut on a sample piece of material to determine the optimal settings.
