      Product description

Powder for DTF Printing and Screen Printing Heat Transfers

      •  High-quality polyurethane adhesive in powder form, designed for creating heat transfers in DTF (Direct To Film) technology. It is engineered to deliver durable and flexible prints, even on demanding and difficult materials.
      • The product appears as a black powder, but after the curing process, it changes color to graphite. Thanks to the addition of activated carbon, it acts as a blocker, effectively reducing dye migration in fabrics prone to resublimation.
      • The adhesive is compatible with pigment inks used in DTF printing. It performs well on a wide range of materials, including cotton, polyester, softshell, viscose, blended fabrics (cotton/polyester), elastane, as well as technical textiles and sportswear.
      •  In fabrics prone to dye migration (especially polyester), there is a risk of color bleeding through the print. The use of a blocking layer helps minimize this effect and improves color durability.
      • The addition of activated carbon enhances anti-migration properties while maintaining transfer flexibility. The product is suitable for DTF printing and for transfers made with water-based and plastisol inks. It can be applied using both automatic powdering machines and manual application.
      • Maintaining air humidity at a level of 40–50% reduces the issue of PET film becoming electrostatically charged, and thus reduces powder buildup on the edges of the graphic.
      • After opening, the DTF adhesive should be stored tightly sealed in a dry place.

        Key features:
      • High print elasticity
      • Anti-dye migration properties (BLOCKER)
      • Easy application on fresh, wet prints
      • Color change from black to graphite after curing
