Suitable for Various Fabrics - Flex Soft No-Cut sheets work exceptionally well with natural, synthetic, and blended textiles. Recommended materials include cotton, polyester, mixed fabrics, nylon, leather, and denim. They are ideal for applying designs to t-shirts, sweatshirts, caps, fabric bags, pillowcases, mouse pads, and more. Note: these sheets are not recommended for fleece or softshell fabrics.

They enable fast and easy marking and creation of personalized items: all you need is a laser printer, a suitable base, and a flat heat press.

Application Instructions:

Printer Setup – First, set your printer to the media type “Foil” or “Light Paper.”

Print the Design – Print your chosen design in mirror image (reversed) on the A-Foil sheet; load the sheet into the manual feed tray so that printing occurs on the matte side.

Print Color – Always print the design only in black!

Adjust toner intensity as follows:

• Black & White Printer: 100% Toner
• CMYK Printer: 400% Toner (C:100% + M:100% + Y:100% + K:100%)
• White Toner Printer: Neon colors: 100% white. Other colors: 300% Toner (C:100% + M:100% + Y:100%)

Prepare the Heat Press – Preheat the lower plate of the press. Place 2 sheets of standard copier paper on the lower plate.

Layer the Materials – Place the printed foil on the press with the printed side facing up. On top, place the adhesive paper (B-Paper) with the manufacturer’s markings facing up. Cover everything with protective Matt Finish paper and a sheet of standard copier paper.

Heat Transfer – Press at 145°C for 90 seconds under medium pressure for white foil. For metallic foils, use 130–135°C for 90 seconds under medium pressure.

Distribute Adhesive – After opening the press, remove the Matt Finish paper. Using a clean cloth, rub the top of the B-Paper in circular motions for 5–10 seconds to evenly distribute the adhesive.

Remove Excess Foil – Without removing the assembly from the press, peel off the excess foil in a single smooth motion. Do not pause while peeling.

Trim the Design – Remove the foil from the press and trim any unprinted areas around the design.

Prepare the Substrate – Place the material you want to transfer onto the press. Ensure it is clean and pre-press it for a few seconds to remove moisture.

Apply the Foil – Place the foil design side down on the prepared substrate.

Transfer Settings:

Cotton, Polyester, and Blended Fabrics: 135°C for 30 seconds under medium pressure.

Paper, Cardboard, Chipboard, Polypropylene: 100–110°C for 15–20 seconds under low pressure.

Cooling and Removal – Wait for complete cooling, then carefully peel off the paper in a smooth, cold motion, keeping the angle as low as possible.

Fixing the Print – To finalize the print, press it again with Matt Finish paper at 135°C for 30 seconds.

Washing Instructions:
Textiles printed with Flex Soft No-Cut can be washed at a maximum of 40°C using mild detergents.

IMPORTANT:
The above parameters are guidelines. Due to variations in toner formulations between manufacturers, it is recommended to perform test transfers to determine the optimal settings for your equipment and materials.
