• The printable disc is made of aluminum and coated with a polyester layer, which enables sublimation marking using recommended papers.
• The aluminum plate is suitable for DTF printing on both sides of the metal. Due to the protective film applied to one side, we recommend performing DTF prints on the side covered with the film. Check: DTF films and inks.
• The disc is also suitable for personalization using the heat transfer technique; Multitrans paper is recommended for printing.
• The 0.5 mm thickness allows for heat transfer of both text and vector graphics, as well as more complex designs.
• The front side of the metal plate is covered with a protective film that must be removed before starting the transfer process.
• Aluminum sublimation discs are primarily used for the production of medals, badges, and decorations for various occasions.
