External roll media feeder suitable for the TSC TE200 printer
A universal stand designed for feeding supplies from large rolls that don't fit inside a desktop printer. It enables convenient and stable ribbon feeding from the rear of the printer, significantly improving work comfort and allowing the use of larger diameter rolls.
The roll stand is ideal for working with various types of materials used in printers, such as satin, nylon, self-adhesive paper and foil labels, loop labels, polyurethane, and cotton.
The roll holder is placed at the back of the printer. First, place the ribbon in the printer, close it, and the ribbon will then automatically unwind during printing. This eliminates the need for additional maintenance.
This solution is ideal for companies that print larger quantities of labels, tags, or labels and need a convenient way to use rolls with a larger diameter than those that can fit inside the device.
Dimensions of the roll to be used in the feeder:
- Material width: 10 - 114 mm
- Roll size: the length of the roll must not exceed 200 m to ensure the roll fits the feeder and does not rub against the bottom.
- Outer diameter of the roll on the feeder: max. 254 mm
- Inner diameter of the core: 25 - 76 mm
