DTF Adhesive Powder – Strong White Pigment

• DTF printing on dark fabrics requires a highly opaque white base layer, which is crucial for achieving high-quality prints. At the same time, white ink is the most expensive and demanding component of the process. This DTF adhesive with a strong white pigment is a flexible polyurethane powder enhanced with white pigment, designed to boost the opacity of the white underbase without increasing ink consumption.
• The powder results in brighter, more uniform, and better-covering prints while optimizing production costs. Additionally, it ensures high repeatability, allowing for consistent and stable results even in large-scale production.
• The product is highly versatile and suitable for DTF printing.
• Maintaining air humidity at a level of 40–50% reduces the issue of PET film becoming electrostatically charged, and thus reduces powder buildup on the edges of the graphic.
• After opening, the DTF adhesive should be stored tightly sealed in a dry place.
