Heat Press Machines
Heat presses are professional devices used to apply durable prints onto various types of materials with high temperature and appropriate pressure.
Depending on their design, heat presses can be divided into manual and automatic models, as well as clamshell (top-opening) and swing-away (side-opening) types. Each heat press differs in terms of ergonomics and application, allowing the device to be tailored to specific needs. Key parameters to consider when choosing a heat transfer press include temperature range, pressure force, even heat distribution, and precise control of time and temperature. A solid construction combined with intuitive operation ensures that T-shirt heat presses offer long service life, even under intensive use.
Heat presses are versatile machines widely used in various garment decoration techniques and for other flat-surface materials. They perform excellently in sublimation printing, the application of flex and flock films, DTF (Direct to Film) technology, sovent technology, as well as transfers made using laser and inkjet printers.
Heat transfer printing is widely used in the advertising industry, custom apparel production, and hobby applications. It enables fast and precise transfer of graphics onto different surfaces. Flat heat presses for sublimation, flex films, and DTF are suitable for both small-scale production and large professional workshops.
Heat presses for garment printing are commonly used for marking textiles such as T-shirts, hoodies, fabric bags, workwear, and pillowcases, as well as promotional items like puzzles, mouse pads, keychains, and photo frames.
TC1 Heat Press 15 x 15 cm – Manual Clamshell Press
The TC1 Heat Press is an easy-to-use manual clamshell press, making it the perfect choice for those just starting with heat transfer printing.
A digital controller allows you to set both the pressing time and temperature. Once the set time expires, the press notifies you with an audible signal.
The pressure is adjusted using a knob located on top of the heating plate.
A wide opening angle makes it easy to prepare materials before pressing.
The machine offers fast heating, low energy consumption, and smooth operation.
Simply closing the lever arm starts the heating process.
Thanks to its compact size, the TC1 can also serve as a portable heat press, perfect for on-site printing at sporting events, team-building meetings, or outdoor festivals, allowing instant, on-demand transfers directly at the venue.
