Heat transfer presses are used to transfer graphics onto target surfaces using high temperature and pressure. Heat presses differ in the way they open (manual, automatic, clamshell, swing-away), in their temperature range, and in additional technical parameters. This variety of heat transfer presses allows for perfect adjustment of the machine to individual needs — for printing on T-shirts, sweatshirts, bags, or other materials. They can be used with techniques such as sublimation, flex and flock films, sublimation and solvent flex/flock, DTF, and transfers from laser or inkjet printers.
The TS7 Smart Heat Press is an easy-to-use swing-away press designed for flat surfaces.
The digital controller allows you to set pressing time and temperature. When the set time elapses, the press signals it with an audible alert. Pressure is adjusted using a knob located on top of the heating plate. Closing the lever initiates the pressing process.
The press opens automatically.
A 40 x 50 cm plate provides a large working area.
The parallel alignment of the heating plate with the lower plate ensures even pressure across the transferred materials without shifting.
Maximum height of transfer objects: up to 7 cm.
The heating plate can be swung aside, and the wide opening angle provides convenient access to the workspace. This allows for safe and easy positioning of materials before starting the transfer process.
The TS7 The Beast press features a heated lower plate, especially recommended for transferring onto delicate fabrics. The bottom-up heat distribution allows you to lower the upper plate temperature and shorten the transfer time. The lower plate temperature is controlled by its own independent controller.
The modular construction of the press enables customization with a range of additional plates, such as a membrane plate or a shuttle system with two plates, giving both beginners and professionals the flexibility they need.
Frames for interchangeable heating platens are practical accessories for expanding the capabilities of heat presses. They increase the versatility of the machine and allow it to be better adapted to various printing and product personalisation needs.
Control is managed via the intelligent Secabo Smart Controller in combination with the Secabo Smart App. Users can define, save, and recall temperature, time, and pressure settings for repetitive jobs.
