Aluminum sheet for sublimation, DTF printing, thermal transfer and engraving

The sublimation aluminum sheet is a high-quality substrate designed for creating durable prints using sublimation and heat transfer methods.

The special polyester coating provides excellent color reproduction, high detail sharpness, and resistance of the finished print to fading and everyday use.

The smooth white surface ensures even image transfer and allows achieving intense, vivid colors with excellent print quality.

The personalization aluminum sheet can also be used for applying DTF graphics using a heat press. It is also suitable for heat transfer printing with Multitrans transfer papers and heat transfer foils, as well as for laser engraving, making it a versatile substrate for a wide range of marking and personalization applications.

It is recommended to cut the aluminum sheet using a sheet metal guillotine, which ensures straight edges and precise dimensions, allowing the material to be accurately fitted to the required project.

The sheet is made of high-grade aluminum, which is characterized by low weight, high rigidity, and corrosion resistance. Thanks to these properties, finished products maintain an attractive appearance for a long time.

Recommended Sublimation Settings:

• Temperature: 180°C
• Time: 60 seconds
• Pressure: Medium
• Placement: Mirror image printing

Sublimation Tips:

• Note! Remove the protective film before printing.
  
• Preheating the sheet for approximately 5 seconds is recommended.
• Aluminum transfers heat quickly, so a short pressing time is sufficient.
• Use a Teflon sheet to protect the surface.
• Secure the sublimation paper with heat-resistant tape.
• Avoid excessive pressure to prevent deformation of the sheet.
• Allow the sheet to cool naturally after printing.
