The Skycut 60° blade is an extended-length blade designed for Skycut cutting plotters and created for working with thicker materials that require greater cutting depth. Thanks to its 60-degree cutting angle, it is suitable for precise cutting of materials such as craft foam, stencil material, and thin magnetic sheets.

The extended blade design allows for working with thicker materials while maintaining accurate guidance and clean edges during creative, craft, and technical projects.

Installing the blade in the holder

1. Select the appropriate blade holder compatible with your Skycut plotter.
2. Remove the protective cover from the blade.
3. Press and hold the button located on the top of the holder.
4. Insert the non-sharp end of the blade into the holder – the internal magnet will help position it correctly.
5. Release the locking button.
6. Adjust the blade extension length according to the thickness of the material being cut.
7. Lock the setting and install the holder with the blade into the Skycut plotter.

Before starting the actual cutting process, it is recommended to perform a test cut on a sample piece of material to determine the optimal settings.
