Press hot melt powder for DTF transfer technology
The polyurethane DTF powder adhesive has been developed for textiles with a waterproof coating (e.g., umbrellas, rain jackets, ski wear).
The DTF powder formula has been enhanced with an active adhesion catalyst that is activated by high temperature during the heat transfer process, ensuring a durable and resistant bond between the print and the fabric surface.

- Ideal for creating transfers intended for application on hydrophobic fabrics.
- The powder demonstrates very good adhesion to impregnated materials.
- Maintaining air humidity at a level of 40–50% reduces the issue of PET film becoming electrostatically charged, and thus reduces powder buildup on the edges of the graphic.
- After opening, store airtight and dry
Heat Press Application Parameters:
- Application temperature: 100–120°C
- Application time: 8–15 seconds
DTF powder curing instructions for oven:
- 80-100°C for 60 seconds (heating parameters vary depending on the type of the oven)
