The Phoenix Air 40x50 oven is designed for hardening DTF foil in A3+ format. The Phoenix Air with a built-in purification module that ensures the safety of the production space (the filter should be replaced after 1-3 months, depending on use). Additionally, a new bottom heating system and gas spring lifting mechanism help ensure prints harden with less energy consumption and more even heating.

APPLICATIONS
- Print the image onto the matte side of the DTF film in mirror mode. (CMYK+White Ink)
- Apply Galaxy hot melt powder(Galaxy DTF Powder) evenly and then remove the excess powder by shaking
- Hovering to bake the hot melt powder: 140°C for 60 sec in DTF Oven
- Transfer the image by heat press at 150°C - 160°C for 15 sec with medium pressure
- Cold Peel (remove the film gently)
- Heat press again for curing 150°C for 5 sec with medium pressure
