OCP pigment inks
During cartridges refilling to laser printers, ink has to meet appropriate requirements at the angle of:
- chemical characteristics (dying or pigmental ink, composition)
- physical characteristics (surface tension , stickiness, pH coefficient and others)
- cartridge refilling process (appropriate cartridge balance, compatibility of used materials and appropriate refilling equipment)
Alternative inks are different from originals (OEM) as regards their characteristics (it is obviously dictated by product patent protection). The paper, obviously except ink, has the influence on the quality of the printout, therefore it is so important to choose appropriate carrier, which the printout will be transfered on.
