Self-adhesive plotter film for wrapping, colorless, with a glossy finish
Transparent gloss film with Rapid Air (RA) hollow core adhesive is ideal for large format digital prints with long shelf life and high print quality
This film has a much weaker initial tack, which makes positioning easier
Adhesive: Solvent-based polyacrylate, tubular, permanent, colorless
Cover material: One side silicone coated paper, 148 gsm
Thickness: (without protective paper and adhesive layer): 55 microns
The film presents excellent print quality, it is suitable for solvent printing, UV printing, latex printing
Designed for car wrapping, also in places of embossing, it can be useful for advertising on fleet vehicles, business vehicles, etc.

Duty stability (FINAT TM 14): stuck on steel, it shows no measurable shrinkage in the transverse direction; in the longitudinal direction <0.1mm
Water resistance: adhered to aluminum after 100 hours / 23°C it shows no change
Chemical resistance: at room temperature over 72h, the aluminum foil is resistant to most mineral oils, fats, fuels, aliphatic solvents, weak acids, salts and alkalis
Temperature resistance: stuck on aluminum -50°C to + 100°C it shows no changes
Adhesive strength (FINAT - test method I, after 24 hours, stainless steel): at least 18 N/25 mm
Fire resistance (DIN 4102-1, glued to steel, internal applications, also printed) - class DIN 4102-B1
Tear resistance (DIN EN ISO 527):

Recommended sticking temperature: above +8°C
Average shelf life (in original packaging, at 20°C and 50% relative humidity): 2 years
Before applying the plotter foil with an adhesive layer, the substrate should be thoroughly cleaned of dirt, preferably with alcohol; in the case of freshly painted surfaces, the drying time should be min. 3 weeks
