The most versatile and cost-effective material for creating advertisements is self-adhesive vinyl for cutting plotters. Among this group, the most durable and technologically advanced are cast long-term vinyl films. Cast advertising films are designed for the most demanding applications, meeting the highest requirements in terms of temperature resistance, UV resistance, and other atmospheric factors. Unlike regular monomeric or polymeric vinyl films, cast self-adhesive films offer greater flexibility and stretchability, allowing them to be used on irregular surfaces with curves, bends, and indentations. That's why they are often used as car films and used for external car tuning. Adhesive films for plotters can easily handle the complex surface of a car, including its body and elements such as mirrors and bumpers. Applying cast vinyl film to a vehicle (known as car wrapping) creates a finish similar to paintwork. Long-term plotter films are suitable for both large-format stickers and small labels. Stickers made from cast vinyl films for plotters are designed to withstand the toughest conditions. They adorn billboards, banners, advertising boards, windows, glass surfaces, tarpaulins, signs, fair and exhibition stands. They cover shop windows, corporate vehicle bodies, buses, trams, and taxis. The wide range of vibrant colors and the possibility of thermal transfer printing also make plotter films popular for interior decoration, such as covering furniture and windows.

- Prior to applying the adhesive plotter film, the substrate should be thoroughly cleaned, preferably using alcohol. For freshly painted surfaces, a minimum drying time of 3 weeks is recommended.
- Recommended application temperature: above 8oC; temperature resistance: from -50oC to +110oC.
- Tensile strength: min. 150%; tear resistance: min. 21 MPa (according to DIN EN ISO 527).
