Heat transfer presses are used to transfer graphics onto target surfaces using high temperature and pressure. Heat presses differ in the way they open (manual or automatic, clamshell or swing-away), in their temperature range, and in additional technical parameters. This variety of heat transfer presses allows for perfect adjustment of the machine to individual needs — for printing on T-shirts, sweatshirts, bags, or other materials. They can be used with techniques such as sublimation, flex and flock films, sublimation and solvent flex/flock, DTF, and transfers from laser or inkjet printers.

• The TPD7 heat press is a dual-plate device powered by compressed air, which facilitates operation and ensures consistent printing results. Designed for professional use and high productivity, both 40 x 50 cm plates provide a large working area.
  The double workspace allows for a smooth production process: while one plate is in use, the other can be prepared for the next press. The parallel alignment of the heating plate with the lower plates ensures full access to the working area.
• The horizontally moving head with the heating plate allows for easy positioning over the chosen lower plate, while the vertical movement of the head guarantees even pressure across the transfer surface without shifting the material.
• The TPD7 dual-station press opens automatically when the set time elapses. The pressing process can be stopped at any moment with a single button. Both temperature and pressing time are set using a digital controller.
• The TPD7 Premium press features a fully modular design, consisting of: a control head with a pneumatic heating plate, lower plates, base, power cable, laser positioning system (4 lasers with mount) and a table stand. All modules can be easily dismantled and replaced in a few simple steps, offering wide possibilities for customization and future upgrades.
• Optional interchangeable plates in various sizes are also available.
• Thanks to the integrated laser positioning system, the TPD7 Premium enables precise placement of transfers on the surface to be printed.
