Heat Transfer Presses

Heat transfer presses are used to transfer graphics onto target surfaces using high temperature and pressure. Heat presses differ in their opening mechanisms (manual or automatic, clamshell or swing-away), temperature range, and additional parameters. This variety of heat presses allows for perfect customization of the transfer machine to individual needs — for printing on T-shirts, hoodies, bags, or other materials. They can be used for various techniques such as sublimation, flex and flock films, sublimation and solvent-based flex/flock, DTF, or transfers from laser and inkjet printers.

• The TPS7 Smart heat press is a single-plate device that uses compressed air for operation, which facilitates work and ensures repeatable print quality. It is designed for professional medium-volume applications.
•  The 40 × 50 cm plate provides a large working area.
• The parallel alignment of the heating plate to the lower plate ensures even pressure on the transferred materials without any shifting.
• The TPS7 Smart heat press opens automatically after the preset time elapses.
• The heating plate can be swung aside, giving free access to the working surface. This allows safe and convenient positioning of materials before the transfer process begins.
• The heating process can be interrupted at any time with the press of a single button.
• Control is managed via an intelligent controller connected to the Secabo Smart app. Users can define, save, and recall temperature, time, and pressure settings for recurring jobs.
• The construction of the press is fully modular. All modules can be easily disassembled and replaced in just a few steps, allowing for a wide range of customization options — including interchangeable plates of various sizes.
