Instructions for Use:
1. Prepare your design in black using CMYK colors (Black = 100% Cyan, 100% Magenta, 100% Yellow, and 100% Black). There should be no white in the design or print.
2. Free spaces in the design should be at least 6 mm.
3. Fonts smaller than 17 pt are not recommended.
4. Wear latex gloves - fingerprints can affect print quality.
5. Print on the coated/rough side of the film.
6. Apply DTF heat transfer powder and heat the transfer according to the manufacturer’s instructions:
- Ovens: max. 150°C (302°F)
- Powder applicators with infrared heating: max. 125°C (257°F)
7. Transfer the print to the fabric: 160–170°C, 15 seconds, high pressure, peel the film cold.
8. To increase durability and achieve optimal print results, repeat the pressing process for 30 seconds with maximum pressure.
Tip: After applying powder to the DTF film, we recommend carefully removing any excess from the surface of the film. After heat-pressing the graphic onto the fabric, you can also apply a transfer film over the entire design and smooth it out with a squeegee, then peel it off - the unwanted particles from the excess powder should remain on the transfer film.
