Step-by-Step DTF Film Application Instructions:
It is recommended to use CMYK Black ink. There should be no white in the design or on the print. It is also advised that font sizes do not exceed 17 pt.
Pre-press the fabric for 3–5 seconds to remove wrinkles and moisture. This ensures a smooth and even print surface.
Place the DTF film on the material and cover it with parchment paper. This protects both the heat press and the fabric. Apply maximum pressure for 15 seconds.
After pressing, set the garment aside and allow it to cool completely. This step is crucial for the durability of the print.
Remove the film in a smooth, firm motion. For fine details, it is best to peel at a slight angle to maintain print precision.
To increase durability and achieve optimal print results, repeat the pressing process for 30 seconds with maximum pressure.
