- The printing plate is made of steel and covered with a layer of polyester, which allows for marking using the sublimation method using recommended papers
- The metal plate is suitable for DTF printing on both sides of the metal. Due to the protective film glued to one side, we recommend making DTF prints on the side protected by the film. Check: DTF foils and inks
- The steel panel is also adapted to personalization using the thermal transfer technique, we recommend Multitrans paper for printing
- The prints transferred onto metal sheets are characterized by excellent resolution and high durability
- The plaques are suitable for laser engraving.
- Metal posters for sublimation, due to their structure and the way they reflect light, reproduce the colors of the transferred photo, logo or graphics differently depending on the color of the base
- Sublimation and engraving metal sheets are subject to mechanical processing - they can be cut to any size and shape using an appropriate guillotine or CNC devices
- Before transferring, the protective foil should be removed
- Metal for sublimation, engraving and thermal transfer printing is a good material for various types of plates: information, door, nameplates, for cups, pictures and sports trophies
- A sheet of steel with your own print is a very elegant way to hand over diplomas, awards, thanks, certificates, distinctions and medals
- Companies often decide on metalic business cards to stand out among competition and ordinary paper cards
- Metal sublimation substrates with printed text are a unique gift for many occasions (birthdays, name days, wedding anniversaries, jubilees), but also an original trinket to commemorate meetings, conventions or other events
- Confectioned sheet metal has many applications in various fields of production, ideal for use in the advertising, sports, occasional and souvenir industries
- Sublimation, engraving and thermal transfer will work well in the funeral and cemetery industry for the production of tombstones for a monument or a cross with the name of the deceased
- Unlike diplomas, awards or business cards on standard paper substrates, metal sheets look more prestigious, are more durable and will last for many years
- NOTE: Be especially careful after opening the press after transfer - the printed sublimation sheet is very hot and cools down slowly!
