Heat transfer presses are used to transfer graphics onto the target substrate using high temperature and pressure. Heat presses differ in their opening mechanisms (manual or automatic, clamshell or swing-away), temperature ranges, and additional features. Such diversity in heat transfer presses allows for perfect adaptation of the machine to individual needs. They can be used with techniques such as sublimation, flex and flock films, sublimation and solvent flex/flock, DTF, or transfers from laser and inkjet printers.
TC7 SMART MEMBRANE Heat Press – modular, automatic clamshell press with Bluetooth
The press construction is fully modular, consisting of: control unit, heating plate, bottom plate, base frame, and power cable. All modules of the heat press can be easily dismantled and replaced in just a few simple steps, offering wide possibilities for upgrading the press depending on needs.
The transfer press can optionally be equipped with exchangeable plates of different sizes, a membrane bottom plate, or dual-plate guides.
The press opens automatically after the set time elapses and signals this with a sound. The heating process can be interrupted at any time by pressing a single button. Temperature and pressing time are selected via the digital controller.
Pressure is adjusted using a knob located on top of the heating plate. The press also has an additional protective cover on the heating plate to protect the user from burns.
The TC7 Smart MEMBRANE 38 x 38 heat press is equipped with an innovative Bluetooth interface, which, together with the free Secabo Smart Transfer app, enables remote control of the press. The user can select the fabric or material type, and the app will adjust the optimal combination of temperature, time, and pressure. New features of the electronic control unit include: pre-pressing function, counter, sleep mode and auto shut-off, the ability to save up to 10 transfer parameter settings in memory, and many more
The bottom plate is equipped with a membrane, which increases application possibilities on materials with large height differences or uneven surfaces. Pressure can be adjusted both through the electronic controller above the heating plate and via the manometer and release valve on the membrane plate. Adjustment is possible both during idle time and while the machine is operating. Thanks to this, the user can independently define the maximum positioning height of the membrane during transfer.
